The best burger I've had in Berlin without guilt, or a feeling of grease post eating it. Health with taste, and variety, I'm in love! Finally a Food Brand that keeps up with the times, and seasons. I'm hooked and would love to see the brand branch out into other food categories :)

I love the fact that they have vegan options, and having variety of sauces on table is such a great bonus. I wish they would offer more vegans buns and also a vegan dessert.

I have been to this restaurant several times, however today I really did not enjoy my experience. The waiter was rude and unwelcoming to the point that we left without even ordering. Me, my husband and 4 month old baby came in, baby was finally asleep and the waiter asked if we needed to keep the baby in the stroller, we said yes and then he asked again if we could put him on the bench, after again we said no we agreed to stay at the table close to the door, The waiter said in a not so nice way, 'fine, I guess I'll be your waiter then'. we waited and waited and he did not give us the QR code to access the menu, nor did he tell us that this was the way to do it now. Another collegaue had to do it. In the end we asked if we could change tables, since the baby was not so happy there to which he responded, "but it was your choice!" There were so many tables available, but according to him none of them were clean and so we could not change! We then decided to leave with a really bad feeling! I had always felt very welcomed there. What a shame :(

Three starts because the service was good. About the food, very disappointed. The burguers are too standardised, especially the meat all processed and not juicy at all :(

Great Burgers. Great service. Great house wine. We ordered Classic cheese burger Bersteiner burger Panflöte burger (vegan) 1 bottle of house wine. (20 euro) 1 pound fries Total bill was 50 euro The vegan burger was amazing. Must try. I personally didn't try the meat burger so don't know how it was. My friend told me the meat burger was good but not great. Best part is the different types of sauces they have. Simply amazing. The concept is similar to "hans im glück". But the burgers here are better. Definitely recommend for a visit. And we would definitely come again

Excellent burgers

Waited for half an hour to make my order, and in the end was not able to do so. My waiter made laps around us and not once paid us any attention. Even when we asked to order we were ignored... soo yeah 1 start is 1 star too many.

Tastes good, but the burgers are over priced for the amount served and the quality of the ingredients. Portions are only "big looking" but not big. Bacon portions are less. Many burger joints serve fries with their burgers, but here you pay more, on top of a 12€ Burger.

Great burgers with a lot of veggy and vegan options! Highly recommend you to try the sweet ptato fries. Additional sauces are on the table. The waiters are friendly and diligent. Unfortunately, the drinks are loaded with crushed ice and therefore do not hold too much actual liquid. Also, despite the nice interior design the restaurant is usually very crowded and, therefore, loud. Nonetheless, I would recommend!

Previous visit had good food and great service, but on this visit while the food was good, the waiter was rude and unprofessional, so we won't be back.

The goods: really great atmosphere, tasty Süßkartoffelpommes, nice cocktails, good sauces, great sourdough bread on the burgers. The bads: the burger itself was really not good at all - much better burgers for much better prices in Berlin. Our experience would have been much better if the meat tasted fresh instead of frozen. The service was also unreasonably slow. It took nearly an hour after we sat down to get our food.

Great service and place, food... good. Sides and home made limonades really good, the beef in the hamburger a little spicy. Not a regular beef, more like German style I guess.

Been looking to try it out since some months and was finally able to. Only had to wait 15min for a table which was good. Once seated we waited another good 20min for someone to bring us a menu and clean the table - did not happened. The waiter with whom we initially spoke got us a table outside (great under 35 degrees with no AC or fan) however there isn't enough lighting at night. Our waitress was quite nice, the burguer was quite good but took forever. Fries and drinks are okay but that depends on your personal taste. To pay, also a big wait. Generally the burguers are good but not enough to compensate the customer service that can still improve.

So tasty - from the burgers, to the sides and the cocktails. There are many options for vegetarians and all of them are quite interesting. Don't be shy to ask for the staff's recommendation: the waiters are very friendly yet professional. The location is also perfect, since it's so central. The prices are reasonable considering the portions, location and quality (!) of the food and service. Is quite busy though, so definitely make a reservation beforehand!

Slow and ignorant service, we had to wait ages to get seated, finally grabbed a staff member and asked to help us get seated. Ambience and the food was great but the service was really slow and bad. Got wrong bun for a burger because we where never asked wich one we wanted. Went elsewhere to enjoy the rest of our evening.

The burgers and regular fries are good. The drinks were not to our liking, but everyone has different tastes. Also tried the loaded sweet potato fries. They come with way more than expected (I.e. cold slaw, chili, salad, etc.) The atmosphere was very nice.

Friendly staff and nice location, but Vegetarian burger was tasteless as well as a lemonade.

The city is full of burger places, but this is a top joint. Friendly, bubbly staff make the experience that much more better. And then arrives the monstrous creations. Flavourful, fresh and enough for one. Share the chips and definitely have the lemonade.

The smell when walking past made me eat here. It was just delicious! Service was good and staff were really helpful and friendly to chat to! Really nice atmosphere and busy restaurant. I never would choose to get a burger when eating out but it was one of the best I’ve ever had!!

One of the best places in Berlin for burgers: fancy place, good location, nice atmosphere and tasty food. They offer many menu's options, so the prices are pretty much fine. Personally what I liked the most was the staff: one of the girls was very committed and even helped me preparing a birthday surprise.

Lunch deal is pretty good! Still a bit on the pricier side but absolutely worth the burger price + 5.90 €. For 5.90€ you get a huge housemade soft drink or tap beer + fries/nachos/Cole slaw + frozen yogurt/hot drink I had the veggie burger Holdemaid with Guacamole. For the burger you can pick from 3 types of breads. The guac was a little bitter but overall a nice burger. I had nicer veggie options in Berlin though. Busy vibe, a little strange bathroom with an audio book playing?? and a little messy. Would probably come back. :)

We are visiting from Glasgow, Scotland and had such a great service from the start, obviously we are english speaking and were gave an English menu no problem. Our server was great the whole night was very polite and helpful. Food was some of the best food I have ever had and me and my fiance will visit berlin again to experiance a great night again

Burger was delicious but you have to order chips separately so can bump price up slightly. Ordered second round of drinks which didnt arrive after 20 mins so decided to get bill .queried bill hey ho second round costing 10 euros had been added. ***** update to the above review . Decided to revisit as really did enjoy burger . service was fast and efficient. Staff friendly and helpful.
